While we hope you love your purchase from us, if you are not 100% satisfied we accept returns for a store credit only.

We do not offer refunds.

Returns are for full price items only. We do not accept returns on sale items.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. 

Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item sent is incorrect or faulty. 

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  •  Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving the goods.
  •  Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.
  •  Merchandise must have all tags attached and in original condition (items returned with tags detached will not be accepted).
  •  All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
  •  Fragrances are non returnable.
  •  Due to hygiene concerns the following items cannot be returned: HAIR ACCESSORIES, HATS, EARRINGS, UNDERWEAR.

We do not take responsibility for lost gift vouchers - please treat these as you would cash.
